The hotel was fairly clean with favourable location in the middle of jackson and fantastic rooms. There was delicious food, the stuff was amazingly nice. Location : the property was just next door to a beach or the town and a bowling alley which serves food which is sufficient for an one night stay. Found Nam Chai Restaurant really close to the hotel where I had supper.

We appreciated being here. the hotel was a useful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by the city centre, airport, and a bowling alley. - the rooms were impeccably clean with modern design and a nice bathroom.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The design was on point, especially the stunning lamp. The room was so comfortable, with daily maid service and room service for breakfast that was nyum2. Even though it was a little far from the city, it was super easy to use Grab for only RM4/5. Convenient parking, friendly staff , and a warm shower with great water pressure. Will definitely come back, especially with the current promotion of only $55! Highly recommended!

I chose 2 Inn 1 Boutique Hotel & Spa because it was conveniently located near the Sandakan city center and I wanted to visit the Sandakan Heritage Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's room service and laundry services. It was great to have the convenience of getting meals and ensuring my clothes were clean during my stay. the hotel's on-site restaurant was a delightful bonus that allowed me to enjoy delicious meals without having to venture far.
Location was pretty awful. Nowhere within walking distance for dinner, was willing to walk a bit further but was advised by staff and taxi driver it would not be safe.

The rooms at 2 Inn 1 Boutique Hotel & Spa were cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep me cool during the hot Sandakan days. The free WiFi was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected with friends and family back home. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may still enjoy them.
